Open procedure pursuant to Legislative Decree 04/18/2016 no. 50, article 60, modified by Legislative Decree 19.4.2017. n. 56, for the assignment of provisioning service and related ancillary services, to be carried out in the mode of the conveyed and complete catering, at the General Command of the corps of port authorities for a period of 72 months, with the option, pursuant to art. 1331 of the Civil Code, up to a further 72 months and an option to extend, if applicable, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, art. 106, paragraph 11, for the period of time strictly necessary for the conclusion of the tender procedures necessary for the identification of a new contractor, for a period of time not exceeding 9 (nine) months.
