As a federal company, the BVVG privatizes agricultural and forestry land in the five new federal states. Processes related to the privatization order, such as accounting, controlling and human resources management, are implemented in an already operated SAP ERP system with the modules FI, AA, PSM, CO and HCM with the release SAP ERP 6.0 as an integrated system and an ESS portal application ( hereinafter also called the SAP ERP system of the BVVG). The BVVG itself holds the necessary licenses, but has the SAP ERP system operated, maintained, supported and further developed by a service provider. The service described above should be reassigned on September 28, 2020, 6:00 a.m., and if the DL changes, the previous migration of the existing SAP ERP system is required.
The service provider (DL) takes over the operation, maintenance and support as well as the further development of the existing SAP ERP system of BVVG with the modules FI, AA, PSM, CO and HCM with the release SAP ERP 6.0 as an integrated system and the ESS port applications. During the course of the contract period, the DL may implement EHP / release changes on behalf of and in cooperation with the BVVG. The dates are set by the BVVG in coordination with the DL. The DL will also support the BVVG in the preparation as well as in the implementation of EHP / release changes. The service provider provides the following services for the operation of SAP ERP:
- Provision and operation of the hardware and software components required for the functions of the BVVG's SAP ERP system;
- Migration of BVVG's existing SAP ERP system by September 27, 2020;
- Start of operation of this SAP ERP system of BVVG from September 28, 2020 at 6:00 a.m. (online operation);
- Provision and operation of the WAN connection from the SAP machines to the BVVG headquarters;
- central printing service including transport of the printouts to the BVVG headquarters;
- disaster recovery in the event of a disaster;
- Operation, maintenance and support of the BVVG's SAP ERP system during the contract period;
- Advising the BVVG and further developing the SAP ERP system of the BVVG after the order has been placed by the BVVG.
- Advice, if necessary preparation and implementation of SAP release changes. A valid certificate according to ISO 27001 based on the IT-Grundschutz of the BSI or comparable certificates is required to prove the requirements for information security. A valid "SAP Certified Partner Center of Expertise" certificate must be provided for the quality of maintenance, care and further development. The proper operation of the SAP systems must be documented by a valid certificate "SAP Certified Provider of Hosting Operations".
