By means of this tender, the contracting authority wants to lawfully conclude a framework agreement with one (1) service provider (intermediary function) for the mediation of travel (air and/or international train ticket) and (hotel) accommodations for the benefit of employees of the contracting authority. This means one service provider, one intermediary, one (service) counter and one unambiguous and integral (financial and operational) process to support the organization of travel and accommodation facilities.
