The purpose of this consultation is to carry out technical inspection services necessary for the definition of projects and the execution of works on each of the buildings acquired by SPLA-IN AMP, as well as prior to the design and execution of public spaces.

This contract is a multi-awarding framework agreement with purchase orders and subsequent contracts within the meaning of Articles L.2125-1 1 ° and R.2162-1 to R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The SPLA-IN AMP plans to use technical inspection services in 3 different cases:- During the sequence of immediate and temporary security of buildings acquired by SPLA-IN AMP: the latter will take possession of buildings that have sometimes been secured temporarily, sometimes not having been the subject of this security, sometimes having been the subject of too old security and therefore obsolete. The SPLA-IN AMP will then ensure the MOA of the necessary work (in the short term) to ensure the proper security of the works, pending the design and realization of a permanent project.- During the sequence of design and realization of sustainable real estate projects, the SPLA-IN AMP will surround itself with architects (and design offices) who will ensure the project management in complete mission (design and execution of the works). - During the design and construction of local public spaces. Three (3) successful tenderers will be appointed, subject to a sufficient number of tenders, for this framework agreement in order to meet the needs of SPLA-IN AMP. This framework agreement is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount in value of benefits. The maximum amount in value of the services is set at 1,200,000 euros excluding VAT over the total duration of the framework agreement.
