The periodic cleaning of the tunnels with all their appurtenances on the regional road network in East Flanders.

It concerns tunnels shorter than 200 meters.

The contract mainly comprises:

- Complete cleaning and clearing of the drainage systems (gullies, inspection wells, pumping stations, receptacles, water drains, sewer and drain pipes, discharge pipes...) of the tunnels.

- Cleaning of walls, ceilings, stairs and stairwells, the road surface, board stones, safety bumpers, metal parapets and various accessories of the tunnels.

- The provision of personnel and equipment of all kinds to carry out maintenance and cleaning works, not included in the previous description, and this according to the designations of the lead official or his representative.

- Disposal of all waste from the clearance and cleaning works to a licensed establishment.

- The costs of processing, at a licensed facility, of the waste and sewage sludge collected from all tunnel maintenance services shall be reimbursed per tonne.

- The installation of the site signage, both day and night, necessary for the execution of the works.
