This works contract covers works, supplies, transport, labor and all the means necessary for the execution of:

- Room of the Golden Fleece: restoration of roofs, carpentry and attic insulation.

- Saint-Christophe room: insulation of the attic floor.

This works contract includes all the acts and restoration work on the roofs, the frames and insulation of the attic of the Salle de la Toison d'Or and the insulation of the attic floor of the Salle Saint-Christophe.

As a reminder, the Salle de la Toison d'Or and the Salle Saint-Christophe are listed buildings and listed on the exceptional heritage list of Wallonia.

This works contract includes all the acts and restoration work on the roofs, frames and insulation of the attic of the Toison d'Or room and more specifically:

- at the level of the roof: verification of the whole, replacement of the altered elements, replacement of the roof, restoration of the cornices, the rainwater descents, the skylight and the snuff box,

- at the level of the frame: cleaning of the whole, checking and replacement or repair of the elements altered, fungicidal treatment and insecticide,

- at the level of the attic: cleaning of the whole, restoration of the heads of the gutter walls and the interior faces of the gabled walls of the North and South facades, the external face of the gable of the North facade and the creation of a traffic bridge on existing ties, vault insulation.

This market also includes the insulation of the attic floor of the Salle Saint-Christophe.
