Description:
Successive supply of fuels to the service stations for PKS in Stalowa Wola S.A.

The subject of the order is the successive supply of fuels:

- eco-friendly diesel - standard

Unleaded petrol Pb 95

Unleaded gasoline Pb 98

Lightweight heating diesel,

to the PKS service stations in Stalowa Wola S.A. located in Janów Lubelski at 25d Herhaterów Portowy Wzgórza Street and in Stalowa Wola at 30 Ofiar Katynia Street, POLSKA. The supplied fuels must comply with the requirements of Polish standards, as well as any provisions specifying the quality requirements of liquid fuels. Offered fuels must meet the requirements of Rozp. Minister of Economy of 9.10.2015 on qualitative requirements for liquid fuels (OJ 2015, item 1680, as amended), Minister of the Economy of 25.03.2010 on methods of testing the quality of liquid fuels (Journal of Laws 2017, item 247), provisions issued pursuant to Articles 3, paragraph 2, point 1 and Article 5 of the Act of 25.08.2006 on the system for monitoring and control of fuel quality.

1. The subject of the order is the successive supply of fuels to the PKS service station in Stalowa Wola S.A.:

1) Paliw PKS Station in Stalowa Wola S.A. located in Janów Lubelski at 25d Herhaterów Porytowy Wzgórza Street - hereinafter referred to as Object I:

equipped with tanks:

- 2 underground tanks per Pb 95 with a capacity of 20.200 dm³ each,

- 1 underground tank on Pb 98 with a capacity of 9.800 dm³,

- 2 underground tanks per ON with a capacity of 1 x 20.000 dm³ and 1 x 19.570 dm³,

- 1 underground tank for heating diesel with a capacity of 9.950 dm³;

2) Paliw PKS Station in Stalowa Wola S.A. located in Stalowa Wola at 30 Victim Katynia Street - hereinafter referred to as Object II:

equipped with tanks:

- 1 underground tank on Pb 95 with a capacity of 10,000 dm³,

- 3 underground tanks per ON with capacity 2 x 20.000 dm³ and 1 x 10.000 dm³

- 1 underground tank for heating diesel with a capacity of 10,000 dm³.

2. Minimum volume of planned fuel orders:

Eco-friendly diesel - standard - 2.150.000 liters

Unleaded petrol Pb 95 - 690,000 litres

Unleaded petrol Pb 98 - 50,000 litres

Lightweight heating diesel - 8.000 liters

3. Maximum size of planned fuel orders:

Eco-friendly diesel - standard - 3,000,000 liters

Unleaded petrol Pb 95 - 1.050,000 litres

Unleaded petrol Pb 98 - 90,000 litres

Lightweight heating diesel - 16.000 liters.

The quantities provided are estimates/forecast values which may be reduced or increased during the course of the Agreement depending on the current needs of the Ordering Party.

4.The Contracting Authority shall not allow the fuel offered and supplied to contain products derived from recycled artificial waste.

5.The quality of fuel supplied must ensure the operation of fuel-powered engines regardless of the prevailing climatic conditions, with particular regard to seasons and transitional periods.

6.Deliveries will be carried out by the Contractor with autocysterns equipped with legalized flow meters at the cost and risk of the Contractor, in quantities, deadlines and parameters specified by the Ordering Party. Car tankers must comply with the requirements laid down in the Act of 19.08.2011 on the Carriage of Dangerous Goods (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 756).

7.Contractors must ensure the supply of fuels within 48 hours of the acceptance of the contract during the term of the contract.

8.The size of the one-time delivery will depend on the needs of the Ordering Party and will be determined each time in the order. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of supplying fuels with the same tanker to both service stations of the Ordering Party - Objects I to II.

9.Supply of fuel to the Contracting Authority tanks shall be carried out by own or rented means of motor transport with sealed drain valves.

10.Payment deadline: 60 days.

11.The Contractor shall be obliged to each delivery to attach a certificate (judgment) of the quality of the fuel supplied by the authorised laboratory, which must contain the basic data characterising the fuel and must be provided on the date of execution of the tests.
