the purpose of the contract is to purchase URVE (Verified Emission Reduction Unit) carbon credits for the purpose of contributing to carbon neutrality. These carbon credits will make it possible to identify and support carbon neutrality projects financed by FRANCE 2023 at the international level. The characteristics as well as the conditions of execution of the expected services are specified in the special administrative clauses (CCAP). The functional and technical specifications are indicated in the special technical clauses (Cctp). The Contract takes the form, per lot, of a mixed multi-awarding framework agreement without minimum and with a maximum amount in value of EUR 15 000 000. The number of successful tenderers for each lot shall be 5, if the number of tenders received so permits. Otherwise, the framework agreement will be single-awarded.
