The planning tasks of the projects to be launched are to be carried out by the selected framework contract partners.
The mandates shall be carried out within the framework of the budget appropriations.
The procurement is divided into four areas.

Framework agreement for master and architectural designThe procurement will focus on work related to main and architectural design.
In the upcoming framework agreement period, the design sites will, as a rule, be space change and repair projects as well as indoor air repairs.
Architectural design tasks are mainly demanding building design tasks in terms of their requirement category. ( Requirement categories for planning tasks YM1/601/2015)
The scope and content of the planning tasks will be agreed on a project-by-project basis.
The main designer appointed to the site acts as the main designer in accordance with the Land Use and Building Act.
The design tasks follow the main design to-do list PS18 and the architectural design to-do list ARK18.
Structural Planning AgreementThe procurement will focus on work related to grain design.
