The annual servicing and reactice reapir/maintenance of domestic gas oil, LPG and electrical heating appliances. The contract will require the maintenance of a computer database monitoring the progress of the service programme and close liaison with the client's gas service team. The contractpr will also be required to carry out new installations of heating systems as and when required. The contract will be let on the basis of a three year initial period reviewed after 30 months with a potential additional 3 years at the sole discretion of the client.
