1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of two school buses.
2. As part of the contract, the Contractor shall provide:
1) a bus with a minimum of 45 seats, including four full-size non-folding – easily removable seats in the place of the bay for a wheelchair,
2) a bus with a minimum of 53 seats, including four full-size, non-folding – easily removable seats in the place of the wheelchair bay.
1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of two school buses.
2. As part of the contract, the Contractor shall provide:
1) a bus with a minimum of 45 seats, including four full-size non-folding – easily removable seats in the place of the bay for a wheelchair,
2) a bus with a minimum of 53 seats, including four full-size, non-folding – easily removable seats in the place of the wheelchair bay.
3. General requirements of the subject of the contract:
1) delivered buses must be brand new, produced not earlier than in 2022. They are to have all assemblies and components brand new, free from physical and legal defects;
2) The Contractor shall deliver the vehicles on its own to the place indicated by the Contracting Authority, located in the Municipality of Sulmierzyce.
4. Detailed description of the subject of the contract – common for two vehicles, including a list of minimum required technical and utility parameters, car equipment is indicated in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ available on the website https://platformazakupowa.pl/transakcja/747469
5. The Contracting Authority informs that where in the SWZ it has described the subject of the contract by reference to standards, European technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101 paragraph 1 point 2 and paragraph 3 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority allows solutions equivalent to those described, and such reference is accompanied by the words "or equivalent". The contracting authority indicates that the obligation to submit in the offer solutions equivalent to those described in the description of the subject of the contract and to demonstrate equivalence lies with the contractor.
If the requirements in the description of the subject of the contract refer to the standards of European technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the Public Procurement Law, and the Contractor offers solutions equivalent to those indicated, the Contracting Authority shall require the Contractor to submit evidence of equivalence together with the tender in the manner specified in Article 101(5) and (6) of the Public Procurement Law.
6. The contracting authority shall not specify the means of proof in question to confirm the compliance of the offered works and supplies with the requirements, characteristics or criteria specified in the description of the subject of the contract or the description of the criteria for the evaluation of tenders, or with the requirements related to the performance of the contract, except in cases where the economic operator offers solutions equivalent to standards, European technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and paragraph 3 of the Public Procurement Law. In such a case, the Contracting Authority shall request the submission of the evidence in question together with the offer. If the contractor does not submit the said evidence together with the bid or the evidence submitted proves to be incomplete, the Contracting Authority shall call for their supplementation.
