The assignment will include cleaning services, sanitary services and mat hire. In addition to this, the tenderer will carry out minor tasks such as filling coffee and cleaning coffee machines, washing up in the steamer in the washing up zone, as well as putting things away in cupboards/drawers and washing/drying towels in cloakrooms. The tenderer must also expect additional assignments such as spring cleaning, furniture cleaning/carpet cleaning, scouring/polishing floors and internal window cleaning. The cleaning of the premises means that the tenderer is responsible for daily cleaning in accordance with agreed upon standard. Additional services will be ordered as required. The date and time of the assignments will be agreed with the tenderer in each case. 

The head office in Brattøra has approx. 85 employees and the area is approx. 1729 m2. 

The contract will be valid from 16.08.2021 with a contract period of 2 years. There will be an option for the contracting authority to extend the contract for a further 1+1+1 year. 

The procurement consists of Part 1 and Part 2: Part 1 prequalification and Part 2 where invited tenderers can submit a tender. This is Part 1 prequalification.

All interested tenderers can send in a request for participation in the contest. The documents that must be included in the enquiry are listed in the tender documentation, chapter 7.2. Only tenderers that fulfil the qualification requirements stated in chapter 4 can be invited to submit a tender in the contest. Provided that there are a sufficient number of tenderers that are qualfied, the contracting authority plans to invite five tenderers to submit a tender. The selection will be based on the selection criteria that are described in chapter 5.
