The subject of this call for tenders is the award of a framework agreement for a venue with two rooms (one room for 300 people and one room for 150 people) and the corresponding catering for an annual training event in NRW in June. A maximum of 3 additional events can be added per year.

The venue must be located within a maximum radius of 60 km from the LANUV location in 45133 Essen in order to be able to guarantee the necessary accessibility by the training participants. An event room will offer space for a number of participants up to 300 people. The second event room will be able to accommodate up to 150 people.
