The subject of the order is the preparation of project documentation for the reconstruction / extension of ul. Krakowska in Łódź on the section from ul. Minerska to ul. Seed.

The scope of project documentation includes the development of construction, executive and industry projects, obtaining the necessary conditions, decisions, arrangements and permits, enabling the implementation of tasks and execution of works.

The contractor will obtain all the required opinions, agreements and permits on behalf of the contracting authority.

If necessary, the contractor is obliged to complete the application and documentation submitted to the competent authority in order to obtain a notification, a building permit or a ZRiD decision (eg when the authority imposes the obligation to complete missing documents at a specified time). The costs associated with it are not subject to separate payment and are assumed to be included in the offer price.
