The purpose of the contract is the operation of the technical equipment serving the buildings managed by the city of Rueil-Malmaison and the management and reduction of the buildings' energy consumption. It also includes a work programme included in P3. The equipment concerns so-called HVAC installations as well as other equipment (plumbing, sanitation, strong currents ...). The contract that is the subject of this consultation is a single-contract framework agreement for services. It was awarded in accordance with an open call for tenders pursuant to Articles L. 2124-2 and R.2124-2 of the Public Order Code. The contract is processed at fixed prices (mostly) and unit prices and is executed by purchase orders and subsequent contracts. There is no minimum. Its maximum amount over its total duration is set at 35 million euros (excluding tax). As an indication and not contractual, the annual lump sum of the contract is estimated at 2 million euros euro(s) (H.T.).
