Subject-matter of these services: Collection and processing of textiles in textile containers at locations to be determined in the territory of the city of Aarschot.

Comments: The collection of textiles by means of textile containers at certain locations in the territory of the city of Aarschot and the processing of textiles collected in this way is the subject of this contract. The collection of textiles takes place in its entirety via textile containers at certain locations on the public domain, supplemented by textile containers at the recycling park and on private land. In addition, residents can also bring textiles into the recycling centre. By subscribing to this contract, the tenderers declare that they agree with this principle.

The collection and processing of textiles brought to the recycling park and on private land is also part of the public contract. In order to give the tenderer as accurate a picture as possible of reality, the numbers and quantities, as well as the estimated number of sites, are included in the technical provisions of these specifications. These are purely indicative, do not bind the client in any way and can under no circumstances give rise to compensation.
