The contractor is responsible for the delivery, installation and commissioning of the kitchen appliances /kitchen techniques. Installation is also understood to mean (if possible and/or necessary) the coupling to the connections. By commissioning, the contracting authority means, among other things, the testing and preparation of the devices.

The kitchen consists of the following entities:

• Fully equipped kitchen sink

• Fully equipped hot kitchen

• Fully equipped cold kitchen

• A cold store

• Fully equipped kitchen dispensing

• Fully equipped dispensers

• An espresso bar
