This consultation is launched with a view to awarding a project management contract within the meaning of Articles L. 2431-2 of the Public Order Code for the construction of an activity zone in the form of a subdivision on approximately 7.5 ha on the communal bans of Mundolsheim, Niederhausbergen and Souffelweyersheim.

This project will require, among other things, the development of all the technical studies, the constitution of a development permit file, the Water Act file,... , all of these files being constitutive of the working basis for the realization of the project.

the estimated cost of the works estimated by the contracting authority is around 2.0 meuro (excluding VAT).

The project consists in creating a subdivision of about 7.5 ha in the form of development permits allowing the sale of different lots to future companies in the field of crafts, SMEs / SMIs.

This project is carried out in the continuity of two existing business areas which are respectively called "Za La Redoute" on the municipal ban Niederhausbergen and "Za des Maréchaux" located on the communal ban of Mundolsheim.

This extension to the south is now located on 3 communal bans Niederhausbergen, Mundolsheim and Souffelweyersheim.
