The subject of the contract is the successive SUPPLY OF LIQUID FUELS ON THROUGH THE REFUELING OF FUEL FOR VEHICLES (INCLUDING SPECIALISED HEIGHS UP TO 4,0 M) AND PETROL PB 98 FOR GARDENING EQUIPMENT AND OTHER EQUIPMENT URBIS SP Z O.O. according to the description of the subject of the contract forming Annex 1 to SWZ.

The subject of the order is the successive supply of liquid fuels ON by refueling fuel for vehicles (including specialized up to 4,0 m) and petrol PB 98 for horticultural equipment and other equipment URBIS Sp z o.o in the average annual quantity

(a) diesel (ON) 267 000 dm3;

b) Petrol PB 98 — 2200 dm 3

The fuels sold by the Supplier under this procedure must meet quality requirements according to the applicable standards in this regard, among others, PN-EN 590, PN-EN 228 and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws, Journal of Laws. U. of October 23, 2015, item 1680).
