The needs to be covered are:- Have the necessary information for the planning and execution of the maintenance work of public roads, municipal sewerage, public buildings and public schools.- Have a contract awarded for the repair of damage to public roads, municipal sewerage, public buildings and public schools that pose an immediate risk to users with the agility that each situation deserves.- Have a Framework of action, for the planning and execution of small works of improvement and renovation of infrastructures and buildings of municipal ownership.

Conservation and maintenance of Municipal Buildings, Public Schools, as well as the necessary Technical Assistance, for the intervention in goods that are owned by the Municipality of Manises, or have this assigned the maintenance work, and in as many other locations as may be necessary as a result of the execution of works derived from both the activity of the City Council of Manises and those entrusted to it, were of whatever nature, within the municipality.
