Description:
Purchase of electricity with guarantees of origin and sale of surplus electricity generated in renewable energy source installations together with trade balancing service for 2023

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity and the sale of surplus electricity generated in renewable energy source installations together with the commercial balancing service in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) for the needs of entities listed in Annex 1 to the SWZ and in the announcement.
