The Meteorological Institute established private cloud systems based on OpenStack in a separate computer centre and shall procure network equipment for a new L3-based leaf-spine design and SDN-software for automating the network system. The tender has two parts (hardware and software) and suppliers can choose to reply to one or both parts in their tender.
