Legal, technical, economic and financial assistance for the alienation of a part of the shares of the company IDIADA Automotive Technology, SA, which will be the beneficiary of an enabling title for the management of the real estate that make up the IDIADA complex owned by the Generalitat.

Specifically, this contract aims to:

- The elaboration of an economic and financial model of the operation and the analysis of profitability by the Generalitat.

- The elaboration of a valuation of the shareholding that will be alienated.

- The realization of a Due Diligence of the company IDIADA Automotive Technology, SA.

- The support in the preparation of the specifications of the contracting contest and the documentation that will be associated, especially of a commercial and corporate nature, without forgetting those administrative and patrimonial legal aspects that have an impact.

- The modification of the statutes of IDIADA Automotive Technology, SA and the drafting of the shareholders' agreement where the rights and obligations of the successful bidder will be established regarding the activity included in the object of IDIADA Automotive Technology, SA.

- The planning of the actions to be carried out and their follow-up that must be reflected in the work plan, as well as the execution of certain support actions in the future tender.
