Call for participation requests - supply of smart meters and an IT platform allowing the processing, validation, parameterization, and communication of data to the market and URDs

This contract relates to the supply of all the software and hardware equipment necessary for the control of the Meter to Cash chain (M2C) including the link with existing tools (ERP, SIG) and the market (Clearing House, CMS Atrias , PPP, DIME) as well as the publication of information to the end user.

The market includes two lots.

1 er lot is related to the supply of so-called smart meters and the data collection tool recorded in the meter (HES: Head End System / AMI).

The 2 nd lot includes the balance of the M2C infrastructure to be set up to collect, process, validate and exchange the information received and sent to the market and the meter.

The supply of meters will be allocated for a period of four years, but support for M2C systems must cover the entire life of the meter, namely fifteen years.
