The procurement concerns framework agreement for maintenance assignments, technical ventilation works and the purchase of new installations, primarily hereunder:

Servicing of the ventilation generators, Aeromotry, Air treatment, Balancing, Cleaning and Ventilation's rinsing, Filter and belt replacement.

The work shall be carried out in The Norwegian Parliamentary Buildings — Karl Johansgt. 22, Akersgt. 18 and 21, Nedre Vollgt. 18 and 20, Tollbugt. 31, as well as any other buildings/service residences that The Norwegian Parliament owns or has at their disposal.

From the year 2019, the agreement will also include the newly rehabilitated Prinsensgt. 26 (does not apply to installation of new ventilation aggregates). Work in Prinsensgate 26 shall be invoiced on an hourly rate.

The assignments are generally carried out throughout the calendar year. Large service and maintenance works will normally be carried out when The Norwegian Parliament has meeting free periods — i.s.
