Technical equipment and object planning interiors (clean rooms).

Sächsisches Immobilien- und Baumanagement (SIB) is planning to build a building with the highest technical requirements for indoor climate, static loads, dynamic rigidity and electromagnetic compatibility:

- 1 300 m 2 Clean room areas Clean room class 4 and 5 according to DIN EN ISO 14644-1 partially also higher class, easy to zoning in terms of ventilation technology, large area (ballroom concept) with minimum height in clearing 3 m,

- 250 m 2 Cleanroom areas ISO 6,

- 40 m 2 Physics laboratory ISO 7 as a measuring room with vibration protection (partially more complex foundation),

- plus required By-Pack areas (supply and disposal technology, about 1: 1 to the actual clean room area).

The aim of the procedure is to award the specialist planning services according to Part 4 Section 2 Technical Equipment § 55 HOAI 2013 and Project Planning Services according to Part 3 Section 1 Interiors (Clean Rooms) § 34 HOAI 2013.

It is an assignment first with the services of the service phases (LPH) 2 to 3 and later optionally provided gradually with the services of the LPH 5 to 9.
