The subject of the contract are services covering the organization of education and recreation camps, a nature and tourist camp in the mountains for children and youth, and an education and tourist camp in Italy for high school and college students from the area of the Kleszczów Commune in 2019, divided into 7 parts (7 tasks).

A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the Employer's requirements for the subject of the contract are set out in Annex 1 to the ToR and in the model contract (Annex 6 to the ToR).

1. Task 1: 14-day (13 nights) education and recreation camp for primary school students from grades I-III with elements of self-defense (simplified martial arts), for 27 people in one stay during the period between 1.8.2019 and 25.8. 2019 on the Baltic Sea. Departure of participants from Kleszczów on day 1 in the morning, arrival at the camp site on day 1, departure from the camp site on day 14 in the morning, return to Kleszczów on day 14 in the evening.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the Employer's requirements for the subject of the contract are set out in Annex 1 to the ToR and in the model contract (Annex 6 to the ToR).

3. Under Criterion 2, the contractor may receive a maximum of 40.00 points, including for:

1) A resort with its own, direct descent to a guarded beach, which participants will use - no more than 500 meters from the building in which the group of participants will be accommodated (walking route according to Google Maps) - 5.00 points

2) Market / grocery store within a maximum distance of 2 km (walking route calculated according to Google Maps) from the object - 5.00 points

3) Place for a bonfire or grill - 5.00 points

4) Indoor pool inside the building with the possibility of free use by participants at least twice in a stay - 10.00 points

5) An object (guest house / hotel) with a category of at least 3 *** entered into the Central List of Hotel Facilities - 15.00 points

1. Task 2: 7-day (6 nights) nature and tourist camp for primary school students from grades I-III - mountain hiking, for 59 people in one or two stays between 01/08/2019 and 25/08/2019 in Polish mountains. Departure of participants from Kleszczów on day 1 in the morning, arrival at the camp site on day 1, departure from the camp site on day 7 in the afternoon, return to Kleszczów on day 7 in the evening.

3. Under Criterion 2, the contractor may receive a maximum of 40.00 points, including for:

1) Market / grocery store within 2 km (walking distance calculated according to Google Maps) from the object - 5.00 points

2) Place for a bonfire or grill - 5.00 points

3) Indoor pool inside the building with the possibility of free use by participants at least twice in a stay - 10.00 points

4) Outdoor pool at the resort with free access for participants at least twice in a stay - 5.00 points

5) An object (guest house / hotel) with a category of at least 3 *** entered into the Central List of Hotel Facilities - 15.00 points

1. Task 3: 14-day (13 nights) education and recreation camp for primary school students from grades IV-VI with elements of self-defense (simplified martial arts), for 76 people in one or two stays between 01/08/2019 and 30.08.2019 on the Baltic Sea. Departure of participants from Kleszczów on day 1 in the morning, arrival at the camp site on day 1, departure from the camp site on day 14 in the morning, return to Kleszczów on day 14 in the evening.

3. Under Criterion 2, the contractor may receive a maximum of 40.00 points, including for:

Task 4: 14-day (13 nights) education and recreation camp for primary school students from grades IV-VI with elements of survival, for 88 people in one or two stays between 01/08/2019 and 30/08/2019 at Masurian Lake District or Suwałki Lake District (excluding the town of Szeligi - due to recurring camps in recent years). Departure of participants from Kleszczów on day 1 in the morning, arrival at the camp site on day 1, departure from the camp site on day 14 in the morning, return to Kleszczów on day 14 in the evening.

3. Under Criterion 2, the contractor may receive a maximum of 40.00 points, including for:

Departure of participants from Kleszczów on day 1 in the morning, arrival at the camp site on day 1, departure from the camp site on day 14 in the morning, return to Kleszczów on day 14 in the evening.

Task 6: 14-day educational and tourist camp for high school students (minors), combined with learning about the culture and history of the region for 99 people in one or two stays between 01/08/2019 and 31/08/2019 in Italy in the region of Tuscany by the sea. Departure of participants from Kleszczów on day 1 in the early morning hours, arrival at the camp site on day 2, departure from the camp site on day 13 in the morning, return to Kleszczów on day 14 in the evening.

3. Under Criterion 2, the contractor may receive a maximum of 40.00 points, including for:

1) Indoor or outdoor pool at the target hotel with free use by participants - 10.00 points

2) Free use of deckchairs in the swimming pool area, which will be used by participants - 5.00 points

3) Distance from the beach that the participants will use is up to 500m / 1000m (walking route calculated according to Google Maps) up to 500 m - 10.00 points.

Up to 1,000 m - 5.00 points

4) Free wireless Internet access at the hotel for camp participants - 5.00 points

5) Sports field for volleyball or football on the premises of the camp where the camp participants will be accommodated with the option of free use - 3.00 points

6) Free use of sunbeds on the beach to be used by participants - 7.00 points

1. Task 7: 14-day educational and tourist camp for high school and college students (adults) combined with learning about the culture and history of the region, for 103 people in one or two stays between 01/08/2019 and 31/08/2019 in Italy, in the Tuscany region of the sea. Departure of participants from Kleszczów on day 1 in the early morning hours, arrival at the camp site on day 2, departure from the camp site on day 13 in the morning, return to Kleszczów on day 14 in the evening.

3. Under Criterion 2, the contractor may receive a maximum of 40.00 points, including for:
