The services of the contractor include the object planning of buildings and interiors according to Part 3 Section 1 HOAI for the maintenance of the administration building of the tax office Speyer, work phases (LPH) 5-8 according to § 34 HOAI, supplemented by special services, in particular:

- Preparation of form 225 acc. VHB incl. examination in the course of invoice verification

- Transfer of planning and cost data (PLAKODA) to the digital survey forms in accordance with Section B 5, Section 4.1 RLBau

- Familiarization with the project and the submitted documents

The construction project concerns the Speyer tax office. The tax office is housed in a three-storey, listed main building, plus cellar and partially developed attic, as well as an outbuilding, the "Haus Götz". Haus Götz is a two-storey building plus cellar and roof, which is also a listed building. The year of construction of the main building is 1714. Haus Götz was built in 1757.

In the tax office, various construction measures are to be carried out during ongoing operations in the course of construction maintenance.

1. Interior doors: A number of defects have been found during maintenance of the fire doors. In some cases, new doors have to be installed. An inventory has already taken place. This can be used as a guide. These are about 80 interior doors.

2. Windows: The windows are very susceptible to repair and mostly detached. They are to be replaced by spruce windows with corresponding profile dimensions and divisions. The windows from Haus Götz are also to be renewed. Quantity: approx. 520 pieces.

The currently partially existing Venetian blinds are to be replaced by screen hangings with round cover in all rooms, with the exception of sanitary rooms, corridors and stairs.

3. Exterior doors: These are in the existing aluminum-glass elements, in material and division not monument-compliant. According to the history, all exterior doors are to be replaced as wooden cassette doors with glass cut-outs and, depending on the height, with skylight. Quantity: 5 pieces

4. Roof Haus Götz: The wooden floorboards, the wooden stairs to the 2nd attic and the roof covering must be renewed. Parts of the roof truss as well. Roof area: approx. 450m².

5. Expansion of escape routes: A second escape route is to be created in the course of the measure for the meeting room on the 2nd floor. A bypass is made via warehouse 201A and offices 202 and 204. This requires various conversion work, including a door breakthrough through a load-bearing wall.

6. Ancillary work: all renovation points also include repair work such as plastering and painting work around the window frames, fall protection made of stainless steel rods between the soffits, repair work of floor coverings after door renewal, adaptation work on ceilings (masonry or drywall)

The construction costs (KG 300, 400, 600 and 700) amount to approx. EUR 4.1 million gross.

The construction period according to the framework schedule is approx. 13 months.
