2) For premises and facilities – tariff group B (year 2023) Part 2 of the order – 651.53 MWh – the PPE list is Annex 1b of the SWZ.
3) For the purposes of road lighting (year 2023) Part 3 of the contract – 915.50 MWh – the PPE list is Annex 1c SWZ

7. The Contractor, based on the Power of Attorney granted, will be obliged to submit contracts on behalf of himself and the ordering party (recipients) to the competent DSO in accordance with applicable regulations and to represent the ordering party (recipients) before the DSO - the process of changing the seller
8. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to make use of Article 139(1) of the Public Procurement Law, i.e. the possibility of first examining and evaluating tenders, and then making a subjective qualification of the contractor whose offer has been rated the highest, in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure.
