The contract relates to damage-work insurance, non-developer's insurance and all-risk construction site insurance for the subscribing group, namely the Office Public de l'Habitat de la Haute-Savoie Haute-Savoie Habitat, the cooperative company Ideis and all other subsidiaries.

it consists in the establishment of a parent food policy for all construction sites whose Regulatory Declaration of Site Opening or the start of work will take place between January 1, 2023 and December 31, 2026, and the establishment for each operation of a purchase order with immediate guarantees.
