The subject of the order is the following insurance:

1) third party liability insurance (OC) for motor vehicle owners for damage caused in connection with the movement of these vehicles in the territory of the Republic of Poland and third party liability insurance (OC) for motor vehicle owners for damage caused in foreign traffic;

2) motor vehicle auto insurance - in motion and at a standstill (AC) and against theft (KR);

3) accident insurance for drivers and passengers (accident insurance);

4) Assistance insurance (ASS).

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1 to the ToR.

The Purchaser requires a deposit of PLN 12,000.00. Detailed information on the bid security is provided in Chapter VIII of the ToR.

1. The insurance program shall cover the following risks:

A. Third party liability insurance for motor vehicle owners for damage caused in connection with the movement of these vehicles in the territory of the Republic of Poland and third party liability insurance for motor vehicle owners for damage caused in foreign traffic.

B. Autocasco insurance of motor vehicles in motion and parking (AC) and theft (KR).

C. Personal accident and accident insurance (NNW).

D. Assistance Insurance (ASS).

2. The Agreement (during its duration) will include new vehicles acquired or taken over

In use during the term of the Agreement, in accordance with the Employer's vehicle insurance needs.

3. The list of vehicles for third party liability insurance, AC, KR, ASS, NNW with an insurance sum of at least PLN 5,000 is attached as Annex 1A to the ToR.

4. The Purchaser reserves the right to change the number of insured vehicles subject to third party liability insurance / AC / KR / NNW / ASS. The Purchaser reserves the right to choose to insure new vehicles under its General Agreement.

5. Liquidation of possible damage will take place at the headquarters of the Administration Center in Warsaw or in the given Department in Gdynia, Krakow, Poznań or Wrocław.
