This procurement relates to framework agreements for bus travel and passenger transport, e.g. study trips, transports between locations within the framework of educational activities, divisions' various trips, school trips, excursions and the like for Nyköping Municipality. Part-day, full-day and multi-day trips may occur. The framework agreement also covers trips that are planned at short notice. The procurement does not include the regular school transport with associated contracted travel.
The procurement is divided into two sub-areas. Tenders may be submitted for one or more lots. Nyköping Municipality intends to sign framework agreements with a maximum of three (3) suppliers per tender area according to ranking.
The following tender areas will be procured:
-Area 1. Bus transport 9 - 22 passengers
-Area 2. Bus transport 23 - approx. 50 passengers
Ceiling volume
The volume amounts to SEK 12 million. The specified volume is the ceiling volume of the framework agreement.
