Project management mission for the construction of 2 transfer centers on the territory of the SMCNA.
The consultation is conducted in accordance with the open tender procedure pursuant to Articles 25-I.1
The market is divided into 8 phases defined as follows:
- phase 1: preliminary design (APS),
- Phase 2: Detailed Design (APD),
- phase 3: project studies (pro),
- phase 4: assistance for the award of works contracts (ACT / DCE),
- phase 5: visa of the execution studies (visa),
- phase 6: Direction of the execution of the works contract (DET),
- phase 7: Scheduling, piloting and site coordination (OPC),
- phase 8: Assistance during reception operations (AOR).
Within the framework of its missions, the Project Manager will take care of the complementary mission: elaboration of the building permit and the specifications for the drafting of the market of geotechnical studies as well as the analysis of the offers.
