1. The subject of the procedure and the order is: delivery and assembly of seats and delivery of chairs for the audience of the Juliusz Słowacki Theatre in Kraków.
2. The scope of the order includes in particular: purchase, transport, packaging, landing, erection and assembly of seats and purchase, transport, packaging, landing, bringing chairs in the audience of the Juliusz Słowacki Theatre in Krakow.

Detailed description of the object of the order specifying the functions, technical parameters and conditions required, or their maximum or minimum ranges or other necessary features include Annex 1 to SWZ — Detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) and Annex 2 to SWZ technical documentation forming an integral part of the SWZ.
1. The subject of the procedure and the order is: delivery and assembly of seats and delivery of chairs for the audience of the Juliusz Słowacki Theatre in Kraków.
2. The order is co-financed by the European Union in connection with the implementation of the project: “Modernization of the technical infrastructure of the Juliusz Słowacki Theatre in Kraków with the purchase of equipment for cultural activities” co-financed by EU funds under the framework of Operational programme Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020, Action 8.1 Cultural Heritage Protection and Cultural Resource Development (Project No: POIS.08.01.00-00-0008/17).
3. The scope of the order includes in particular: purchase, transport, packaging, landing, erection and assembly of seats and purchase, transport, packaging, unloading, bringing chairs in the audience of the Juliusz Słowacki Theatre in Kraków.
4. Detailed description of the object of the order specifying the functions, technical parameters and conditions required, or their maximum or minimum ranges or other necessary features include Annex 1 to SWZ — Detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) and Annex 2 to SWZ technical documentation forming an integral part of the SWZ.
5. The delivered object of the contract must correspond to the highest quality and technical standards, resulting from function and purpose, be free from material, physical and legal defects. The subject of the contract must be factory new, produced no earlier than 2020 and have certificates and certificates required by law and authorising use on the Polish market.
6. The Contractor must offer at least a 36-month warranty period for the subject of the contract. The warranty will be counted from the date of signing the receipt protocol of the order
7. This procedure is marked by the signature of DAM.282.1.21. In all dealings with the contracting authority in this proceeding, the contractors shall be entitled to use the signature of the procedure.
8. The Contracting Authority shall not allow the submission of partial tenders. The subject of the order must be fully consistent in terms of aesthetics, colour scheme, materials used, staining, quality of construction and production technology used, which excludes the possibility of splitting the order into parts.
9. The Contracting Authority shall not permit the submission of variant tenders.
