The Municipal Undertaking for Social Housing shall enter into parallel framework agreements on project management.
The Municipal Undertaking for Social Housing's operation and investment projects are conducted by 3 divisions in the property department in the Municipal Undertaking for Social Housing, and mainly comprise:
— The Development Division: this division identifies and develops projects in the early stage of implementation, including implementation of preliminary projects.
— The Extension Division: this division executes engineering design and implementation of investment projects, including new buildings and complete reconstruction on existing buildings.
— The Maintenance Division: this division implements ordinary restoration projects/periodical maintenance services, e.g. restoration of pipe trunks and wet rooms, facades and roofs, stairways as well as complete restoration projects/complete reconstruction on existing buildings.
— 2 different types of project managers are required for the various projects: category 1: renovation projects, and category 2: development projects.
The various projects are of various values, from 1 000 000 NOK to 300 000 000 NOK. The contract includes project management and follow up of operation and investment projects. The annual value is approx. 150 000 000 NOK-200 000 000 NOK.
