The objective of the procurement is to enter into an agreement for telephony services (land-line and mobile) which shall cover the Norwegian Police's future requirements (the agreement period). The contracting authority requests a professional joint venture partner who are future oriented and ensure a stable operation with good and cost effective solutions during the entire contract period.
