Senter for oljevern og marint miljø (SOMM hereafter) would like to enter into a framework agreement with a total supplier for assistance with the planning, production and holding of events. We arrange events for conferences, seminars and workshops that are connected to our field of work.
The framework agreement will ensure SOMM has access to professional competence and capacity to arrange and hold such events.
The framework agreement will be vaild for 2 years, with the possibility to extend the contract for 1 + 1 year. The value of the framework agreement is estimated to be between 1 000 000 NOK and 2 000 000 NOK, excluding VAT.
The framework agreement will contribute to ensuring good communication between SOMM and the involved parties, the coordination of deliveries, planning, ordering and managing resources for the preparation of and during events.

SOMM would like to enter into a contract with a tenderer for event services. The tenderer will, in cooperation with SOMM, be responsible for the planning, programme and holding of internal and external events, where necessary.
This can also include, amongst other things, the hire and management of contributors to the programme, technical equipment and personnel resources. Experience is required from equivalent events. The tenderer is also required to have knowledge of SOMM's activities.
Tenderers must state their hourly rates for the project manager and consultant. The assignment is to be paid according to the number of hours worked.
