The scope of the contract consists of:

1. Task I - construction of the extension of Stanisława Węglarza Street on the section from Walecznych Street to Trześniowska Street and sections of Maria Koryznowa Street and Trześniowska Street together with the necessary infrastructure (scope of ZDiM);

2. Task II – construction of the water supply network and construction of the sanitary sewage system in connection with the construction of the extension of Stanisława Węglarza Street on the section from Walecznych Street to Trześniowska Street (MPWiK scope);

3. Task III - construction of a water supply network in Stanisława Węglarza Street on the section from Walecznych Street to the waterworks covered by the scope of ZRID (scope of MPWiK);

4. Task IV - construction of a district heating network W/P 2xDn200 in the road lane of the extension of Stanisława Węglarza Street on the section from the existing network in the area of Tomasza Strzembosza Street to Narcyzowa Street (scope of LPEC).

The scope of the contract includes the execution of works in accordance with the functional and utility program, approved design documentation, detailed technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, the principles of technical knowledge and construction art as well as the principles and conditions of health and safety after the delineation of works by an authorized surveyor, and in particular:

1) construction of the extension of St. Węglarza Street together with reaches and a service road;

2) construction of sections of M. Koryznowa and Trześniowska streets;

3) construction of bicycle paths;

4) construction of sidewalks;

5) construction of bus bays;

6) construction of storm water drainage;

7) construction of street lighting;

8) construction of the technology channel;

9) construction of road traffic lights at the intersection of streets: Strzembosza/ Węglarza/Walecznych;

10) construction of a water supply network with branches;

11) construction of a sanitary sewerage network with branches;

12) construction of a district heating network w/p;

13) reconstruction or protection of conflicting technical infrastructure, m.in.: power, gas, teletechnical, water and sewage networks;

14) design and construction:

a) traffic lights at the intersection of the following streets: extension of Węglarza Street (Blessed I. Kłopotowski) and Narcyzowa Street and extension of Węglarza Street (Blessed I. Kłopotowskiego) / M. Koryznowa Street;

b) dedicated lighting of pedestrian crossings;

c) guide belts, attention fields, warning belts - the guidance system for persons with visual disabilities;

d) updating the lighting design in terms of selection of luminaires and installation of selected luminaires;

15) exercising author's supervision over the design documentation created under this Agreement.
