The ewz Real Estate Department (FIO) is responsible for the management of the properties. In doing so, it takes over the overall organization for cleaning and other services. Due to the expiry of the contract, ewz's cleaning services at the Zurich location will be put out to tender again. The tender will be divided into two lots:

Lot 1: Maintenance and intermediate cleaning

Lot 2: Window and façade cleaning
