3. The Contracting Authority shall not allow the submission of partial tenders.

4. The Ordering Party shall not allow the submission of variant tenders.

5. The size and estimated scope of the contract is specified in Annex 6 to this Tender Specification

6. The Ordering Party allows for the possibility of valuing equivalent names of medicines, while maintaining the same medicinal substance and dose.

7. The Ordering Party does not allow the valuation of dietary supplements.

8. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of valuation of alternative forms of injection molds – e.g. ampoule vial.

9. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of valuation of alternative forms of oral preparations, i.e.:

• tablets – film-coated tablets, capsules (including hard and flexible) or dragees;

• film-coated tablets – tablets, capsules (including hard and flexible) or dragees;

• capsules (including hard and flexible) – coated tablets, tablets or dragees;

• dragees – capsules, tablets or film-coated tablets;

• instead of tablets, tabl. coated or hard and flexible capsules with a slow action – with modified action.

10. The Ordering Party allows the replacement of the preparation priced in the tender offer with another equivalent one with the unit price (suspension or termination of production).

11. The Ordering Party does not allow insulin changes.

12. The final number of individual articles will result from the actual needs of the customer during the term of the contract. The quantities quoted in the contractor's tender may be changed while maintaining the unit price.

13. In the case of valuation of other packages of medicines than those indicated in the price form, the Ordering Party requires the full number of packages rounded up.
