Provision of services in the field of water rescue and first aid in the facility of the Mokotów Foundation Warszawianka - Water Park at 4 Merliniego Street, at recreational, sports and outdoor swimming pools with equipment.

These services must be provided in accordance with applicable law

and in particular: the Act of 18 August 2011 on the safety of persons staying in water areas (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 147, as amended), the Act of 8 September 2006 on State Medical Rescue (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 2053, as amended), the Act of 13 May 2016 on counteracting threats of sexual offences (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 152, as amended). The contracting authority requires employment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract within the meaning of art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320, as amended). The details of the order are specified in the OPZ - Annex 9 to the SWZ.

The estimated total number of rescue hours during the order completion period is 102,420 hours.
