The subject of this contract is the purchase of electricity for the facilities indicated in Annex 1 to SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. The subject of this contract is the purchase of electricity for the facilities indicated in Annex 1 to SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law, civil code and implementing regulations issued on their basis. The Municipality of Wolsztyn and the entities listed in Annex 1 to the SWZ will conclude separate contracts resulting from this public procurement procedure under an unlimited tender for the PURCHASE OF ELECTRICITY. Detailed information on the conclusion of contracts by the Commune and its organizational units is included in Annex 1 to SWZ. It will be the duty of the selected Contractor to represent the Ordering Party and its organizational units before the appropriate Distribution System Operator in matters related to the notification of a change of seller. To perform the above-mentioned activities, the Contractor will receive an appropriate power of attorney (Annex No. 4.1 to SWZ). The Ordering Party acts on its own behalf and on the basis of the signed Agreement (Agreement for inspection at the Ordering Party's headquarters), on behalf of: - the Stanisław Plater Public Library of the City and Commune of Wolsztyn, - the Regional Museum in Wolsztyn, - the Wolsztyński House of Culture. Order – purchase of electricity for facilities listed in Annex 1 to SWZ: The estimated demand for electricity in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 is 2 308 639.00 kWh. The estimated value of the contract in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 is PLN 4,191,103.24. Performance of activities resulting from the power of attorney, constituting Annex No. 1 to the proposed provisions of the contract (Annex No. 4.1 to the SWZ), in particular the Ordering Party obliges the Contractor to notify the indicated Distribution System Operator for the implementation of the contract for the sale of electricity concluded with the Contractor, make declarations of will and determine on behalf of the Ordering Party all necessary information regarding the termination of the existing electricity sales contract and providing distribution services (comprehensive agreement), representing the Ordering Party before the relevant Distribution System Operator in matters related to the conclusion of a contract for the provision of distribution services. The Ordering Party informs that the process of changing the seller takes place once again. Detailed information on the terms of validity of current contracts for the sale of electricity is included in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ. In Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, the current electricity seller is indicated. Contracts for the distribution of electricity are concluded for an indefinite period.
