1 A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex A to the tender specifications. Estimates of the quantities of individual fractions of waste to be collected and disposed of during the term of the contract are included in Annex D to the tender specifications.

The Contractor is obliged to collect and manage municipal waste donated by property owners according to the division into the following fractions: a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste, b) paper (including cardboard), c) glass, d) plastics with metals and multi-material packaging, e) bio-waste, f) ash and furnace slag, g) expired medicines and chemicals, h) used batteries and accumulators, (i) furniture and other bulky waste, (j) construction and demolition waste from households, (k) used tyres, (l) other non-biodegradable waste.
