1. The object of the contract is the implementation of investment tasks No IU 4.3 and IU 4.4.

2. The subject of the order, i.e. the expansion of the heating network from high efficiency cogeneration in the area of Chwarzno — Wiczlino district in Gdynia stage 3 and 4, is divided into the following packages (these are the parts of the order for which bids can be submitted):

2.1. Package no. 1: IU 4.3: Construction of the district heating network on the section from the passage through Chwarznieńska Street to the section valves before passing through Staniszewskiego Street in the area of Chwarzno - Wiczlino district in Gdynia — Stage 3.

2.2. Package no. 2: IU 4.4: Construction of the heating network on the section from the section valves before passing through Staniszewskiego Street to Reszczowa Street in the area of Chwarzno - Wiczlino district in Gdynia — Stage 4.

3. The scope of works to be carried out includes all activities aimed at the construction of a heating network in the technology of pre-insulated pipes.

1. The scope of works envisaged for the performance of this contract is contained in the Design Documentation and Technical Specification for the performance and acceptance of works (TSPACW), constituting Annexes 1 and 2 to Sz.

2. The scope of works to be carried out includes all activities aimed at the construction of a heating network in the technology of pre-insulated pipes. The scope of these works is included in the following:

2.1. Package no. 1: IU 4.3: Construction of the district heating network on the section from the passage through Chwarznieńska Street to the section valves before passing through Staniszewskiego Street in the area of Chwarzno - Wiczlino district in Gdynia — Stage 3:

1) preparatory works,

2) earthworks,

3) installation of a pre-insulated network,

4) installation of GRP cover pipes in open excavations - passages under Staniszewskiego and Khwarzńska streets,

5) Collision protection with the existing gas grid,

6) backfilling of excavations and recreating the site,

7) restoration of pavement after construction works in accordance with the Design Documentation (Annex No. 1 to swz) and the Technical Specification for the performance and acceptance of works (TSPACW) for the restoration of pavement (Annex 2 to swz) - the cost of works is borne by the Contractor;

8. Additional information:

• Pre-insulated heating network will run in green and partially in areas with intensive tree-heating;

• on the route of the proposed pipelines there is technical infrastructure, i.e.: designed skeletal teletechnical sewerage.

3. The accompanying works referred to in point 2 above shall be taken into account the accompanying works described in point 3.5.1 of the swz.

4. The Contractor is obliged to provide the necessary materials for the performance of the order. All materials used in the execution of the object of the order must be new.

5. The Contractor is obliged to secure the construction against theft and other negative impacts, taking over the financial impact of this. The value of insurance should cover 100% of the value of the contract.

6. The item of the order does not include radiographic examination of the welds.

7. Radiographic inspection of welding work will be carried out on the order of the Ordering Party by the Laboratory of Research and Training Centre “SPAW-TEST”

8. A description of the method and the rules for carrying out radiographic tests of welds are set out in Annexes No 1 to Annex No 2 to swz.

9. The subject of the contract includes greenery works, i.e.:

9.1. Package No 1: IU 4.3: felling of trees and shrubs;

10. The work set out in point 9.1. above should be carried out in accordance with the Design Documentation (Annex No 1 to swz) and the TSPACW (Annex 2 to swz), in particular in accordance with the decisions of the Marshal of the Pomeranian Voivodeship No DROŚ-PZ.7120.1.422.20/2021.MG constituting a component of the Design Documentation (Annex No 1 to swz).

11. The foresee in the dossier of greenery shall be carried out in accordance with the decision of the Marshal of the Pomeranian Voivodeship, the sign DROŚ-PZ.7120.1.422.202020/2021.MG by 28.02.2022.

12. Other details of the item of the order are described in paragraphs 3.11-3.19, 3.24-3.31 and 3.33 swz.

3) installation of a pre-insulated network;

4) installation of GRP cover pipes in open trenches - passages under Staniszewski and Khwarzńska streets;

5) Collision protection with the existing gas grid;

6) backfilling of excavations and recreating the site;

7. Additional information: on the route of the proposed pipelines there is technical infrastructure, i.e.: Chwarznieńska Street, Staniszewskiego Street, Fregatowa Street, Janki Bielat Street and the road lanes of Kpt Street. Kazimierz Jurkiewicz and Cpt. Mamert Stankiewicz, gas pipelines, waterworks, sanitary sewerage, rainwater plumbing, telecommunications cables, power and lighting cables, and designed skeletal teletechnical sewerage system.

3. The accompanying works referred to in point 2 above shall be taken into account the accompanying works described in point 3.5.2 of the swz.

4. The Contractor is obliged to provide the necessary materials for the performance of the order. All materials used in the execution of the object of the order must be new.

9.1.Package No 2: IU 4.4: felling, replanting and replacement plantings of trees and shrubs along with 3 years of warranty care for planted greenery.

10. The work set out in point 9.1. above should be carried out in accordance with the Design Documentation (Annex No 1 to swz) and the TSPACW (Annex 2 to swz), in particular in accordance with the decisions of the Marshal of the Pomeranian Voivodeship No DROŚ-PZ.7120.1.422.20/2021.MG constituting a component of the Design Documentation (Annex No 1 to swz).

11. The replacement plantings of trees and shrubs indicated in point 9.1. above shall be carried out in accordance with the design of replacement plantings forming part of Annex 1, i.e. the design documentation, folder named: replacement plantings.

12. The foresee in the documentation shall be carried out in accordance with the decision of the Marshal of the Pomeranian Voivodeship, the sign DROŚ-PZ.7120.1.422.2020/2021.MG by 28.02.2022.
