International Nuclear Services Limited ("INS") requires:

(1) Detail design of a road vehicle comprising a powered truck and 40ft semi-trailer suitable for compatibility with 20ft ISO containers. The 20ft ISO variant container shall have a payload of highly sensitive material and will require a type approval against CSC regulations. The road vehicle configuration must be designed to satisfy all transport regulations including dangerous goods by road. The vehicle and ISO variant must be designed to satisfy use against modal regulations for sea and rail. The current intention is to use these vehicles within the UK only.

(2) Supply and manufacture of 2 (two) powered trucks, 3 (three) semi trailers and 4 (four) ISO containers, as detailed above.
