Insulation on technical installations, pipes and ventilation ducts

Technical description:

The tender includes the insulation and fire protection of the technical trades heating, sanitary, ventilation, refrigeration and electrical.

Sanitary:

The pipe material drinking water is made of stainless steel.

The cold drinking water pipes are insulated against condensation with vinyl rubber hoses.

The hot water pipes are 100% insulated with mineral fibre shells.

The sanitary work is to be carried out on the ground floor and in the basement.

Work must also be carried out in the shafts.

Fire protection is carried out between the floors on concrete ceilings and on the fire-resistant walls, which are partly made of masonry and partly drywall.

Heater:

The pipe material heater is made of black steel pipe.

The heating pipes are 100% insulated with mineral fibre shells.

The heating work is to be carried out on the ground floor and in the basement.

Fire protection is carried out between the floors on concrete ceilings and on the fire-resistant walls, which are partly made of masonry and partly drywall.

Cold:

The cold pipe material is made of black steel pipe.

The refrigeration pipes 6/12°C are insulated against condensation with vinyl rubber hoses.

The heating work is to be carried out on the ground floor and in the basement.

Ventilation:

The ventilation ducts are made of galvanized sheet steel.

The outside air and exhaust air ducts inside the control center are insulated with vinyl rubber.

The supply and exhaust air ducts in the main basement and on the ground floor are insulated with mineral fibre mats.

The supply air ducts on the roof are double-insulated and are covered with rainproof aluminium sheets.
