The purpose of the consultation is to create the Cergy Paris université website, the design and development of microsites and its maintenance. The services are detailed in the special technical clauses (CCTP).

The aim of this consultation is the graphic, ergonomic and technical creation of the website cyu.eu showcase and institutional portal of the future Grand Cy Cergy Paris university, as well as the theme of its related microsites. The service provider will be in charge of the design, the development of the new website and its extensions, the design of the web graphic charter, the integration, the front and back office specifications, the training of the dedicated team of Cy Cergy Paris University and maintenance. The following services are expected:

- design from an Opensource CMS,

- project management and management,

- ergonomics and user experience in front office,

- ergonomics and contributor experience in back office,

- customized developments,

- integration of statistical tools,

- functional and technical documentation,

- formation of the Cy Cergy Paris University team,

- corrective and evolutionary maintenance.
