Present command includes:

1. A non-binding process guidance for candidate partnerships (from the Digibanks—Prelary Call) in the drafting of the Cooperation Agreement and the Cooperation Strategy during the preliminary process;

2. Organizing and supporting a learning network between the performers of the local digibank projects (call “Digibanks — Implementation Trajectory”) among themselves, and capturing overarching learning experiences.
