G Service — consists in the transport of Shipments (including Shipments containing Postal Shipments), under which the Contractor is obliged to:
• acceptance of consignments for carriage at the places and dates set out in the Schedule for the implementation of Service G, as set out in Annex 1 to the Agreement,
• loading the shipments onto the vehicle and their placement in the vehicle,
• discharge of consignments from the vehicle at the places and dates specified in the Schedule for the implementation of Service G, as set out in Annex 1 to the contract.

The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of granting an existing service contractor, in the mode of a free hand contract pursuant to Article 388 (2) (c) of the Pzp Act, a contract consisting in the repetition of similar services, in accordance with the subject of the basic contract (up to 50% of the value of the services constituting the subject of the basic order). As a basic order, in this particular case, the Ordering Party understands the maximum number of kilometers (with the right of the option) from the original order. Conditions under which the above contract from free hand will be awarded:

The Contractor may entrust the execution of part of the contract to the subcontractor, and cannot entrust the subcontractor to perform the contract in full.
2. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of granting an existing service contractor, in the mode of a free hand contract pursuant to Article 388 (2) (c) of the Pzp Act, a contract consisting in the repetition of similar services, in accordance with the subject of the basic contract (up to 50% of the value of the services constituting the subject of the basic order). As a basic order, in this particular case, the Ordering Party understands the maximum number of kilometers (with the right of the option) from the original order. Conditions under which the above contract from free hand will be awarded:
Volume for basic (main) order:
Number of kilometres covered by the so-called basic order: 8,819.
Number of km covered by the right option: 2 205.
Total number of km: 11,024.
The model of the contract will be forwarded to the Contractor with the invitation to negotiate. Contractual penalties will be provided in the same cases as in the contract concluded in the basic contract procedure. The obligations of the Contractor and the Contracting Authority shall be governed on a basis analogous to the contract concluded in the procedure for the basic contract. The Contracting Authority may exercise the right of option under conditions analogous to the contract concluded in the basic contract procedure. Order period: 5 months from the date of signing the contract. Based on experience, the Ordering Party estimates that it is necessary to have at least 1 car in order to properly implement Service G.
