Collection and management of waste from the Selective Collection Point for Municipal Waste and Medicines from the Pharmacy

The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste collected from the owners of real estate located in the municipality of Gorzyce at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located in Gorzyce at Bogumińska 13 Street indicated in the description of the order in a way that allows the Municipality of Gorzyce to achieve appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and to reduce the weight of municipal waste subject to biodegradation transferred to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Silesian Voivodeship for the years 2016-2022 and the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality of Gorzyce, the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste as well as regulations regarding the implementation of the task.
